8. Communication

Communication between developer,client and relevant professionals is vital to the successful completion of any project. Website development requires open communications between all developers, stakeholders and service providers to ensure that the many aspects of development are discussed openly and adequately so that all parties are aware of their responsibility throughout the project life cycle.

Communication takes many forms from in-person consultation, phone, email and web communications depending upon the information being exchanged and the nature of that information.
