Copyright

Whatever development SpidersNet construct, whether a full Web or offline applicaition, or small programmatic function, SpidersNet retains all copyrights and does not forfeit or surrender any rights to clients to copy, re-engineer, duplicate or resell any such functionality.

This is common to any software application you would buy from a store, download for purchase online or obtain through any other legal method.

As we develop such applications as the core function of our business, we will actively engage against any breaches to our copyright.

Graphics Copyright

Upon full payment of any development that includes as part of a development agreement any graphics that have been developed by SpidersNet for the project, SpidersNet release the copyright of any such images to the client, who thereafter has the copyright to use such graphics to promote their business, products or services; provided any such images are presented tastefully, ethically and do not in any way bring defamation against SpidersNet or their agents.

SpidersNet retains the right to display any such graphics in our online Webfolio or any other medium for the purposes of advertising our graphic design services.

Special Arrangements

Should you ever consider reusing any such functionality as outlined opposite, we welcome your enquiries as to the fees involved in reusing or redistributing any application we have developed for you.

Such reuse will be quoted on a case by case basis.

Please Note: We will not be party to any copying or redistribution of any of your existing website code or electronic application unless you can prove you have the copyright to do so, from the original developer.

We assert that other developers would adhere to the same professional courtesy as we would for them, thus we consider it our obligation to ensure that any such re-use or re-application of any existing code or functionality not produced by SpidersNet, be likewise proven to be the copyright of the client, or the client can prove in writing or electronic mail that such rights to copy/redistribute any such existing code have been granted them by the original developer/s.
